Il questionario Quality Compass è suddiviso in 5 sezioni tematiche. Ogni sezione è caratterizzata da una serie di domande proprie del segmento di appartenenza dell’azienda.

DOMANDE QUESTIONARIO

Non sarà possibile inserire più di una risposta ad ogni domanda mentre per alcune dovrà essere selezionata una casella apposita come controllo qualità dati.

RISULTATI

Una volta ultimato il questionario si otterrà un rating qualitativo ed un grafico di comparazione con aziende dello stesso segmento.
Il software produrrà anche un report che potrà essere inviato successiva-
mente alla rilevazione dal professio-
nista che segue l’azienda.

1. INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to our App (the "App"). This App is published by Credit Data Research Limited ("CDR" or "We" or "Us") a company registered in England and Wales under company number 8506027 whose registered office at 20-22 Bedford Row, WC1R 4JS, London, United Kingdom. By downloading or otherwise accessing the App you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms") and our privacy policy. If you have any queries about the App or these Terms, you can contact Us. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the App immediately.

2. GENERAL RULES RELATING TO CONDUCT:
The App outputs a qualitative assessment for Italian Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and has been developed and is made available by CDR on a royalty-free basis to industry associations for use in connection with their services to SMEs.
The App must not be used for any other commercial purpose whatsoever or for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. When you use the App you must comply with all applicable UK laws and with any applicable international laws, including the local laws in your country of residence (together referred to as "Applicable Laws"). You agree that when using the App you will comply with all Applicable Laws and these Terms.
In particular, but without limitation, you agree not to:
(a) Use the App in any unlawful manner or in a manner which promotes or encourages illegal activity including (without limitation) copyright infringement; or
(b) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the App; or
(c) Modify, adapt, translate or reverse engineer any part of the App or re-format or frame any portion of the pages comprising the App, save to the extent expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.
You agree to indemnify CDR in full and on demand from and against any loss, damage, costs or expenses which they suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the App otherwise than in accordance with these Terms or Applicable Laws.

3. CONDITIONS OF USE:
The App is currently made available to You free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use. CDR reserves the right to amend or withdraw the App, or charge for the application or service provided to you in accordance with these Terms, at any time and for any reason.
You acknowledge that the terms of agreement with your respective mobile network provider (‘Mobile Provider’) will continue to apply when using the App. As a result, you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the App or any such third party charges as may arise. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise.
If you are not the bill payer for the mobile telephone or handheld device being used to access the Application, you will be assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the Application.

4. CONTENT:
All trade-marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the App together with the underlying software code ("Material") are owned by or licensed by CDR. All rights are reserved. You can view, print or download extracts of the Material for your own personal use but you cannot otherwise copy, edit, vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit, disseminate in any form whatsoever or use the Material without CDR’s express permission.
The trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Trade Marks") contained on or in the App are owned by CDR or by relevant third party partner of CDR. You cannot use, copy, edit, vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit or disseminate the Trade Marks without the prior written consent of CDR or the relevant third party partner of CDR.

5. LINK TO THIRD PARTIES:
The App may contain links to websites operated by third parties ("Third Party Websites"). CDR does not have any influence or control over any such Third Party Websites and, unless otherwise stated, is not responsible for and does not endorse any Third Party Websites or their availability or contents.

6. CDR PRIVACY POLICY:
We take your privacy very seriously. CDR will only use your personal information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. By using the App you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accept the terms of our app Privacy Policy and these Terms.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
The App does not provide a credit rating and is provided solely for your and SME’s exclusive use. The App outputs a preliminary assessment of the creditworthiness of the SME that is the subject of the report.
The assessment is based on information furnished by the You or your advisers and is derived from qualitative model output as described herein. ACCORDINGLY, THE ASSESSMENT PROVIDED BY THE APP IS NOT A CREDIT RATING, HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED BY A CREDIT RATING AGENCY REGULATED BY THE EUROPEAN SECURITIES AND MARKET AUTHORITY (ESMA), AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED OR RELIED UPON AS SUCH. THE ASSESSMENT SO FURNISHED MAY NOT BE COPIED OR OTHERWISE REPRODUCED, REPACKAGED, FURTHER TRANSMITTED, TRANSFERRED, DISSEMINATED, DISTRIBUTED, REDISTRIBUTED, SOLD, RESOLD, LEASED, RENTED, LICENSED, SUBLICENSED, ALTERED, MODIFIED, ADAPTED, OR STORED FOR SUBSEQUENT USE FOR ANY SUCH PURPOSE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, IN ANY FORM OR MANNER OR BY ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER, BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, WITHOUT CDR’S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING YOU AND SMEs MAY SHARE THE ASSESSMENT (COMPLETE, UNEDITED) WITH A LIMITED NUMBER OF THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING FINANCIAL INSTITUTION ACCESSING SME FOR CREDIT) ON A STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL BASIS TO ENSURE THE ASSESSMENT IS NOT DISCLOSED FURTHER.
You expressly agrees, on behalf of itself and each other person or entity that it permits to use any information ("User"), that the assessments and other opinions, valuations, quotes, statistical, quantitative or other information contained in (a) are, and will be construed solely as, statements of opinion and not statements of fact or recommendations to purchase, hold or sell any securities; and (b) will be weighed solely as one factor in any investment or credit decision made by or on behalf of You or any User or third party to whom the assessment is provided. Each such party will accordingly make its own study and evaluation in relation to any investment or credit decision.
NO WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, terms and conditions relating to the App (whether implied by statute, common law or otherwise), including without limitation any warranty, term or condition as to the accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality, performance, fitness for purpose or any special purpose, availability, non-infringement, information accuracy, interoperability, quiet enjoyment and title are, as between CDR and You, hereby excluded.
The assessment provided by the App is based on data and information furnished by You. CDR has not carried out any due diligence nor audited the data and information furnished by You. Because of the possibility of human and mechanical error as well as other factors all information and data are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, and CDR IN PARTICULAR, MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY AS TO THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE ASSESSMENT OF ANY OUTPUTS PROVIDED BY THE APP.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. Under no circumstance shall CDR have any liability to You or the SME or any other person or entity for (a) any loss, damage or other injury in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise in whole or in part caused by, resulting from or relating to, any error (negligent or otherwise), or any other circumstance or contingency within or outside the control of CDR or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, or licensors, in connection with the procurement, collection, compilation, analysis, interpretation, communication, publication or delivery of the assessment or (b) any indirect, special, consequential, incidental or compensatory damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, lost profits, loss of revenues, contracts, business or anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or reputation), even if CDR shall have been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages, in either case caused by, resulting from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App or the assessment or any output of the App. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit CDR’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURE OF THE INTERNET AND/OR THE APP OR ANY DAMAGE TO USERS OR THEIR EQUIPMENT AS A RESULT OF OR RELATING TO THEIR USE OF THE APP. INDEMNITIES. You shall indemnify CDR from and against damages and liabilities, including reasonable legal fees related thereto, which are directly incurred by CDR in connection with any SME or third party claim arising from your access or use of the App provided however, that You shall have sole control and authority with respect to the defence, settlement, or compromise thereof, provided that CDR’s reasonable consent to any such settlement or compromise shall be required unless it includes a full release of CDR and does not require any admission of liability on the part of CDR.

8. SERVICE SUSPENSION:
CDR reserves the right to suspend or cease providing any services relating to the Apps published by it, with or without notice, and shall have no liability or responsibility to you in any manner whatsoever if it chooses to do so.

9. GENERAL:
These Terms (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and CDR concerning your use of the App.
CDR reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. If it does so, the updated version will be effective immediately, and the current Terms are available through a link in the App to this page. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms so that you are aware of any changes to them and you will be bound by the new policy upon your continued use of the App. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any provision(s) of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties (as reflected in the provision(s)) and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
CDR’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by CDR in writing.

APP PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy governs your use of the software App QUALITY COMPASS ("App") for computer and mobile devices created by Credit Data Research Limited ("CDR"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 8506027 whose registered office at 20-22 Bedford Row, WC1R 4JS, London, United Kingdom.

What information does the App obtain and how is it used?

1. User Provided Information 

The App obtains the information you provide when you download and register the App. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the App unless you register with us.
When you register with us and use the App, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) data and information relating to the SMEs provided by you such as documents, books, reports, accounts, balance sheets, records, correspondence, papers, behavioral and payments information relating to the financial business or affairs of the SME; (c) transaction-related information, such as when you download or use Apps from us; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the App, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the App, such as contact information and project management information.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

2. Automatically Collected Information 

In addition, the App may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the App. 

Does the App collect precise real time location information of the device?

This App does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. 
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the App?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the App and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
• if CDR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our App of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your computer or mobile device or via the network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at qualitycompass@creditdataresearch.com.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 36 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the App, please contact us at qualitycompass@creditdataresearch.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the App to function properly.

Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our App. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email or text message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United Kingdom. If you reside outside the United Kingdom your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United Kingdom privacy standards.
